100-Day Return Policy

We offer a 100-day return window on standard purchases. Items should arrive back in new-like condition, with original packaging, tags, and proof of purchase.

Some items are offered as Final Sale, meaning they aren’t eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation. This includes Black Friday and promotional events, clearance items, personalized products, gift cards, and anything marked “Final Sale” at checkout.

If you’d like to request an order change or cancellation, feel free to contact us at hello@nobltravel.com or chat with us online. We’ll always do our best to help, though changes may not be possible once an order is processing or shipped.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags, and in the original packaging.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Requests for damaged, defective, or missing items must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Returns must be shipped within 100 days of receiving the item.

A 5 percent restocking fee will apply to all returns. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Process

If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, email us at hello@nobltravel.com and we’ll help you start your return.

You’ll just need to cover the cost of sending the item back. Please make sure the product is returned in its original packaging so our team can properly inspect it.

Once we receive and review your item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method as long as it passes inspection. Please allow 10–12 business days for the refund to appear.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received confirmation, please reach out to us at hello@nobltravel.com.

Nobl Travel Lifetime Warranty

Thank you for choosing Nobl. We want you to love your Nobl luggage and not have to worry about replacing it one day. We are so confident in the quality of all Nobl luggage that we are offering a lifetime warranty that will cover you if anything ever goes wrong. No questions asked.

1. Warranty Coverage:

  • Nobl provides lifetime warranty coverage for all luggage.
  • The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and proper maintenance.
  • The warranty extends for a lifetime period and will not expire.

2. What is Covered:

  • Defects in materials or workmanship that result in the inability to use Nobl luggage as intended.
  • Malfunctions of the luggage, wheels, or other essential components.
  • Structural defects that compromise the integrity or functionality of the luggage.

3. What is Not Covered:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or accident.
  • Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, or cosmetic damage.
  • Damage resulting from improper maintenance, cleaning, or storage.
  • Damage caused by using the product for purposes other than those intended or recommended by Nobl.

4. Warranty Claim Process:

  • To make a warranty claim, please contact Nobl Customer Service at hello@nobltravel.com
  • You will be required to provide proof of purchase.
  • Nobl reserves the right to assess the claim and determine whether the issue is covered under warranty.
  • If the claim is approved, Nobl will send you new luggage at no extra cost.

5. Transferability:

  • This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser of the Nobl order and is not transferable.
