NOBL Travel – FAQs about Returns and Refunds Policy
NOBL Travel offers a 100-day return policy. If you're unsatisfied with your order, you can request a return within 7 days of receiving the item. The return shipment must be initiated within 100 days from the delivery date to be eligible for a refund.
Yes, to be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Additionally, you should have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs.
If your order arrives defective, damaged, or with missing items, you must contact NOBL Travel within 7 days of delivery. They will provide a return address and offer a replacement or refund as preferred.
Yes, a 5% restocking fee will be deducted from each return.
Once NOBL Travel receives and inspects your return, they will notify you. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.
Yes, NOBL Travel provides a lifetime warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and proper maintenance. The warranty extends for a lifetime period and will not expire.
The warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship that result in the inability to use NOBL luggage as intended, malfunctions of the luggage, wheels, or other essential components, and structural defects that compromise the integrity or functionality of the luggage.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or accidents; normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, or cosmetic damage; damage resulting from improper maintenance, cleaning, or storage; and damage caused by using the product for purposes other than those intended or recommended by NOBL.
To make a warranty claim, please contact NOBL Customer Service at hello@nobltravel.com. You will be required to provide proof of purchase. NOBL reserves the right to assess the claim and determine whether the issue is covered under the warranty. If the claim is approved, NOBL will send you a new luggage at no extra cost.
This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser of the NOBL order and is not transferable.
