USPS, UPS and FedEx are our Shipping Partners While our shipping time frames are fairly accurate, the shipping times are estimates and are subject to unforeseen delays.

How does delivery work?

We offer same-day dispatch on business days for orders placed before 3PM EST. Please allow up to 72 hours for our team to pick and pack your order.

When we ship the order you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.Please note, our shipping partners may take up to 24-48 hours to update their system.

Please refer to this picture below as an example of where you can find the shipping time for your product as the shipping time will be different for each product. You can find this time on the product page.

North America: All orders ship from our warehouse in Las Vegas, Nevada.
European Union: Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Germany.
All Other Regions: Orders are shipped from our international warehouse, based on the region.
