I was excited to receive my luggage, however, after inspecting it I found a broken off zipper, and zippers sewn inside out. But the customer service was outstanding. They responded promptly and let me know that it was under warranty. Then sent me a return label and now I am just waiting on my new luggage!

I love this carryon! It’s so easy to close and I’m able to get plenty of my things in there without worrying about anything. I love the front laptop pocket and the charging port. I am thinking about buying the weekender bag to make things even better!!!

I have not used my carry on yet. But I love the color and how compact it is. Not a fan of the small side bag it's a bit hard to remove. I believe once fully packed the carry on will be a bit heavy. May just use for travel by car.
