Sponsor: Nysonian Inc. 3838 Civic Centre Dr North Las Vegas, NV 89030
Promotion Period: Begins August 21, 2026, 12pm ET and ends Sep 21, 2026, 12pm ET.
Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the 49 United States and District of Columbia, excluding Rhode Island and all U.S. territories and possessions, who are at least the age of majority in their state of residence at the time of entry.
How to Enter:
- Purchase Method of Entry: During the Promotion Period, an eligible individual who purchases a product with Chance to Win iPhone promotion through nobltravel.com will automatically receive 1 entry into the Sweepstakes, subject to the entry limits specified in these Official Rules. Only the product or products expressly identified in this section will generate entries. Purchases of other NOBL products will not generate Sweepstakes entries.
- Free Entry (No Purchase Necessary): To enter without purchasing, mail a personally completed request containing your full name, residential address, email address, date of birth and "Win iPhone 18" to 3838 Civic Centre Dr North Las Vegas, NV 89030. Each valid request provides 1 entry. Limit to one request per person. Requests must be postmarked by Sep 20 2026 and received by Sep 20 2026.
Entry Limit: 10 total entries per person, combined across both methods. All eligible entries are placed into the same drawing and have identical odds of winning regardless of entry method.
Prize: One Apple iPhone 18 selected by Sponsor, subject to commercial availability. Approximate Retail Value: $1200. If the intended model is unavailable, Sponsor may substitute an Apple iPhone or another prize of equal or greater value. Any difference between the stated ARV and the actual retail value will not be awarded. The total announced value of all prizes in this promotion will not exceed $5,000.
Winner Selection: Winner will be selected by random drawing on or about Sep 21, 2026 from among all eligible entries received. Winner will be notified by email and must respond within 5 days of notification. If a selected winner cannot be reached or fails to respond within this period, an alternate winner may be selected by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.
Conditions: By entering, entrants agree to these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found to be tampering with the entry process or violating these rules. Winner may be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release within 10 days of notification.
Taxes: Winner is solely responsible for any and all federal, state, and local taxes associated with acceptance of the prize. Sponsor will obtain a completed Form W-9 from the winner and issue Form 1099-MISC where the prize value is $600 or more, as legally required.
Winner List: For the name of the winner, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to 3838 Civic Centre Dr North Las Vegas, NV 89030 within 30 days after the promotion ends.
Privacy: Information collected from entrants will be used in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available here, and will not be used for marketing purposes unless the entrant separately opts in.
