    Nobl's customer service is nonexistent. I was missing the complimentary tracker unit and any manuals/paperwork for my carry-on luggage piece. No customer service phone number is shown on their website, and frequent emails to their customer care went unanswered. Finally a rep gave me a customer service phone number, but my calls were placed on hold for a period of time and then repeatedly dropped. This makes me wonder how on earth they could possibly help in the event of a warranty claim. Very disappointed in Nobl's lack of customer service.

    I originally bought this as a backup option. It became the primary immediately. It's compact without feeling compromised and functional without feeling bulky. The interior zip pocket is a legitimate improvement, not a marketing feature. Permanent fixture in my travel kit — not going anywhere.
