I had to carry one of my grandsons through PDX after several delays so it was quite late at night. When I saw these suitcases I decided to read the reviews and take a chance. Yes the seat is going to be great if I have a child with me. The seat also works to hold my reusable bag in place. Throw the handle over the suitcase handle after setting up the seat and it doesn't fall off. The wheels are so smooth. The inside pockets really help me stay organized. I'm so glad I pulled the trigger and bought this.

This company backs up what they advertise. The suitcase seat is perfect for those times when the airport is packed, and you just aren’t able to find a decent place to sit. And especially when you are buying food and there’s nowhere to sit to eat it. Problem solved.

I ordered 2 bags with seat for our holiday travel. We were super excited. Got it delivered and open 1 to try, it was great. When we opened the second one (black), we realized we got the wrong item sent to us (cheaper bag) and I reached out multiple times before our trip to get it fixed, but I didn’t get any answer. By the time we got an answer, we were already traveling and had to use the bag. The initial person told me no problem and sent me the label to exchange. When I informed them that I sent it out they started saying that exchange will only happen if the bag is in original unused status. Well… we did use it for 1 trip because we couldn’t get their mess fixed on time. I’m still waiting for the final solution, either they send us the right one, give our money back or I guess they could send us back the wrong item that we had to use once. Very disappointed with customer service.
