This is the BUT to my last review, and I really do love expanding carry on case. My luggage was damaged on my last flight. I messaged Nobl and because the airline damaged/broke my cup holder off. There is nothing they can do. A $50.00 credit towards my next purchase. I literally bought this because of the cupholder and how easily it rolls. I asked if I can buy the cupholder insert and try to fix it myself… nope they don’t sell them. So buyer beware and protect that cupholder or you’ll be extremely disappointed like I am now.
Not as in love with my NOBL anymore.

The best customer service I have ever dealt with. It was a holdup in customs with my original order your customer service thing was amazing. They upgraded my luggage and included a water bottle. The luggage has not disappointed thank you so much.

Ok, I normally don’t write reviews, but I feel that I must as I’m on my first trip with my new Nobl suitcase sitting in the airport and a young lady comes over and asks me what brand my bag is and wear did I get it. I think that’s all the advertising you need. Sounds like another soon to be happy customer!!

Not the suitcase I originally ordered. I had no choice but to pick a replacement due to order being stuck in customs and not being shipped. Customer service kept talking in circles not much of help. Soon as I mentioned wanting a refund, they then offered a replacement. Which is why my rating is low. Good suitcase tho

I upgraded to the expandable and am so glad I did because my weekend trip ended up a week trip and I had to pack extra. But I was able to put in an outfit for each day plus extras (no shoes). It worked out really well.

I love it! Never thought I’d find luggage in my favorite color! Finally will get to use it tomorrow for the first time. The wheels are soooo smooth. I packed enough clothing for a week. I’m also using the space for my tablet. It’s just BEAUTIFUL!!!
