FAQ's

Does the carry-on come with a built-in battery or power bank?

No. The All in One Carry-On includes a USB + USB-C charging port so you can plug in your own TSA approved power bank, but a battery is not built in. This keeps the suitcase airline friendly and lets you choose the charger you prefer. If you’d like a perfect match, you can purchase NOBL’s compatible power bank separately and slide it right into the designated charging pocket.

Why do you pour water into the suitcase in your videos? Is it waterproof?

The water demo is to show off the unbreakable polycarbonate shell and water-resistant design. It’s built to handle spills, rain, and wet airport floors without your belongings getting soaked. That said, it’s still luggage not a cooler or a dry box, so we don’t recommend fully submerging it!

Why does a Carry-On need a lock if it’s always with me?

Our zipperless TSA approved combination lock protects your things whenever the bag isn’t in your hand, think gate checked flights, hotel storage, or leaving it in a rental car. TSA agents can open and relock it without damaging your bag, while everyone else stays out.

Will this fit in an airplane overhead bin?

Yes. The All-in-One Carry-On is designed as an airline approved Carry-On size. Its exterior dimensions are 20.5” × 15.5” × 10”, so it fits in overhead compartments on most major airlines. As always, we recommend checking your specific airline’s Carry-On limits before you travel.

Are the wheels removable?

No. The 360° smooth spinner wheels are permanently attached to keep the structure strong and stable. They’re built to handle years of mileage and are covered under our Lifetime Limited Warranty for functional issues.

Will it hold my Stanley® / tumbler or water bottle?

Yes. The built in cup holder is designed to fit most popular travel tumblers, Stanleys, and water bottles so you’re not juggling your drink while you roll through the airport. If you use an oversized cup, just double check the fit before you head out.

What does the Lifetime Limited Warranty actually cover?

Our Lifetime Limited Warranty covers any damage to the shell, wheels, handles, zippers, and many other functional elements of the suitcase for the life of the product. If something essential stops working as intended, our team will help repair or replace it so you can keep traveling.

I lost my luggage cover. Can I buy a replacement?

Yes. If your included luggage cover gets lost or damaged, reach out to our support team and we’ll help you purchase a replacement cover so your suitcase stays protected between trips.

    I have never been so excited about luggage before. My Nobl luggage just arrived and I am over the moon. I got the sage color with the large check-in, carry on and weekender bag that came with the water bottle and the tracking devices for the luggage.     I got the nobl duo and it was delivered very quickly after I received the shipping order, within 3-4 days. The quality of the material is actually a lot nicer and sturdier than I was expecting. I love that you can zip the piece that goes over the luggage handle into it's own pocket if you're not using the bag that way and that there are several other zipper and pouch pockets inside the bag. Having that extra section at the bottom of the bag where you can put shoes or whatever is great too! Very versatile and the color is awesome!! (Cherry Red)

    Love that my Nobl luggage wheel’s were smooth & easy to navigate on both rug and hard surfaces(upmost importance for me)! Added bonus was easy access to my iPad, a charger & a secure place to set my drink using the inventive cup holder! The 28” checked bag, carry on & weekender bag had enough room for clothing & 6 pairs of shoes for a recent 13 day cruise & an added 4 days in Portugal. The pastel lavender shade is both soothing and playful!

    I love this suitcase! I was able to pack it and my weekender bag for a weeks stay in Hawai’i with no issues! The color is my fav and it’s sturdy! The only thing I’d love added is small wheels on the weekend bag if using that solely, because it can get uber heavy! However the shoe compartment on it is gold!
