Hi there,
I have done several “commercials for the carry-on at different airport gates. The drink holder, the hook for a little bag, the stand for my phone so I can watch a show while I wait have been amazing. Not to mention the special side door for my laptop which is SO easy going through TSA.
I LOVE it and got the trunk after a zipper failed on another suitcase.

Not only the customer service and follow up during delivery ( they let Me know they were inspecting & drop checking & processing My order!) but the packaging, the nice notes inside were are superb! The outer shell is a bit more flimsy than I expected. But it rolls smoothly, looks good, holds plenty, and it made it across state lines in the hands of TSA without any trouble. My mom was sad she couldn't put any stickers on it, though, poor thing couldn't get anything to stick and stay! I suppose that means it's going to be easy to clean.
