You could actually deliver it. I purchased one and received an empty box. I asked you to send one, you said you were looking into it. Then a few months later, you said you were still evaluating it; then you asked me to double check and I did. That was months ago.
I finally gave up and purchased another one. It hasn't been delivered and you want me to evaluate it. At this point you should refund my money and let me return the luggage. I want my money back and I want nothing to do with your company.

I actually really like the power bank. It’s smaller than some of the other brands I’ve seen. I like the little screen that gives you the charge percentage. It also seems to hold a charge well. I charged it for a trip and then ended up not needing to use it. I checked it 4 weeks later, and it was still at 100%.
